Libby eMagazines
Libby has hundreds of magazines from Australia and around the world. Read your favourite magazines on your home computer, iPad, smartphone, tablet or other devices. The magazines are in full digital colour. Check out as many issues as you want. You can stream them to read the magazines online or download them to read offline at your convenience.
You can download the Libby app from the App store (Apple IOS devices) or from the Play Store (Android devices).
Once you have downloaded the app, open Libby and start the process of creating a Libby Latrobe City Libraries Account. Select Latrobe City Libraries from the list of libraries, and add in your library card number. Follow the prompts to finalise the setup your Libby account.

BorrowBox now offers Bookazines! Bookazines, located in the ePress section on the BorrowBox App, are a blend between a book and a magazine, offering the size and style of a magazine with more in-depth content on various subjects such as lifestyle, food, home, garden, and fitness. Additional titles will be added as BorrowBox expands its selection. Bookazines can be borrowed for a 3-week period, just like other items in our collection and you can borrow them immediately without having to wait for availability. The Age Library Edition
Read The Age Library Edition free with your membership. Here's how you get reading:
- Click the link and log in in with your library card and password/pin number.
- Scroll down to The Age and click the link.
- Choose the year at top, month at left and issue in the centre of screen.
- You can also use the search box at the top.
- To read an issue, simply tap it.
Print magazines
For all you traditionalists, the library continues to subscribe to over one hundred print magazine titles which you can borrow by visiting your local library.
