Available to book: 7 days a week from 7am to late evening
Podcast Room
Seats with table and Rodecaster Pro, four microphones, headphones and a computer. 4 maximum.
Room hirers are required to undertake an induction before booking confirmation.
Meeting room 3
Seats with table:16 Seats, theatre style: 30 maximum
Meeting room 4
Seats with table:12 Seats, theatre style: 20 maximum
Meeting room 5
Seats with table:16 Seats, theatre style: 40 maximum
Moe meeting rooms 4 and 5 can be booked together to allow for a larger meeting. Theatre style seats 60 maximum.
Community Kitchen
With full commercial kitchen, 4 burner gas stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, counter, dishwasher, cutlery, cups, plates
East End
Function room with small kitchen and AV facilities. Seats 20 to 30 theatre style. Doors open onto outside forecourt.

Make your booking online, request a tentative booking via email at commbook@latrobe.vic.gov.au or visit the library in person to enquire.
By requesting a booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. The online booking system works best in Chrome.
You will be contacted via telephone or email to confirm the booking.
Cost
Free for Community Groups or Not-for-Profit organisations based in Latrobe City.
Rates apply for commercial organisations in 2024/2025:
- Per hour: $35.00
- 5 hours or more/full day: $169.00*
*If Meeting Room 4 and 5 are booked together the one fee of $169.00 will apply.
Payment can be made in-person or an invoice will be forwarded to the hirer.
