Having cemented themselves as both festival favourites and performing to regular sold-out crowds, this will be an otherworldly christening of GPAC as not just a theatre but a legitimate music destination.  

Purpose

Latrobe City Council is required to establish and publish procedures under s 58 of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012 (the Act) and in accordance with the Guidelines of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) published under s 57 of the Act. The Council is required to ensure these procedures are readily available to members of the public as well as internally to all Councillors, employees, and staff of the Council.

In response to the community interest on this proposed facility, we have compiled the latest information and a timeline of the approvals process.

Plans in accordance with the incorporated document have been submitted to both the EPA and Council for review and endorsement.

Council has endorsed all plans and documents required under the Incorporated Document to allow Chunxing to commence works on the land.
