The Residential and Rural Residential Land Supply Assessment forecasts the supply and demand for future residential and rural residential land.
Background
The Residential and Rural Land Supply Assessment has been completed for the four main towns of Churchill, Moe/Newborough, Morwell, and Traralgon, as well as Latrobe’s seven smaller townships of Boolarra, Glengarry, Toongabbie, Traralgon South, Tyers, Yallourn North, and Yinnar.
The Assessment’s findings provided background information for the revised Small Town Structure Plans and future strategic work resulting from the review of the Latrobe Planning Scheme in 2008.
20 April 2009 Ordinary Council Meeting
Council adopted the Latrobe City Council Residential and Rural Residential Land Supply Assessment at the 20 April 2009 Ordinary Council Meeting.
The Land Supply Assessment assists to identify long term residential and rural residential growth opportunities within Latrobe City.
