Outdoor Pools
Outdoor pools are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Visitor Information Centre
The Visitor Information Centre is open 7 days a week, 10am to 4pm except Christmas Day.

Early Learning Centres
Traralgon, Moe and Carinya Early Learning Centres will close at 12.30pm on Friday 24 December and reopen on Tuesday 11 January 2022.
Lost or Stray Animals
If you find a lost or stray animal, please call the emergency after hours number 1300 367 700.
Normal pound operating hours will resume Tuesday 4 January 2022.

Impounded Pets
The pound is open for the release of impounded pets from 10am to 12noon on both Tuesday 28 December and Friday 31 December from Driffield Road, Morwell. Please note, EFTPOS only for release fees, no cash.
Outside of the advertised open days, we will meet your request for release if there are urgent circumstances.
Non-urgent release requests will be considered. Please call 1300 367 700.

Maternal and Child Health Centres
Restricted hours during Christmas and New Year period. Please contact the central booking number on 5128 6128, should you need an appointment.
In Home Care Services
In Home Care Services will close 5pm Friday 24 December and reopen 8.30am Tuesday 4 January 2022.
As there will be home care service provided during this time, if requested we will try to arrange a makeup service either prior to or after the Christmas closure period.
During the closure we will be providing limited personal care and Respite care services, for clients who have re-arranged this service.
