The online database of planning permit applications on public notice (advertised) is to provide anyone who may be affected by the granting of the permit an opportunity to view an application online without the need to inspect documentation at a service centre in person.
Advertised material and objections
As per the requirements of S.52 of the Planning & Environment Act (1987), the following planning permit applications are currently on public notice (advertised) and available for viewing by the public. Advertised Material details what the applicant is applying for and often contains plans, reports and other materials.
Any person who may be affected by the application may object to the grant of a permit. If you wish to make an objection on a particular permit application, you must do so in writing, stating the reasons for your objection, including how the proposal would affect you if a permit was granted. Your submission must also include your name and address, the planning permit application number and the address of the proposal.
Forward your objection to Latrobe City Council by mail to PO Box 264, Morwell 3840 or by email to latrobe@latrobe.vic.gov.au or online, please note that you must register to submit an online objection. To ensure your objection is noted as part of the process, send it to Council prior to the date listed on the advertising notice. Please note that your objection will become a public document for anyone to view.
Please note that your objection, including your name and residential address, will become a public document for anyone to view. Objections are also provided to the applicant to enable them to assess whether any grounds of objection can be addressed.
