Latrobe City Council is working towards increasing understanding and improving inclusion of our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning, Intersex, Asexual or Agender (LGBTQIA+) community. Our Community Access & Inclusion Policy formalises Council’s commitment to support all people irrespective of age, gender, ability, cultural background, religion or sexual identity.

Local initiative - Gippsland Pride Cup
The Pride Cup initiative celebrates diversity and inclusion in sport and has been running locally since 2017 with North Gippsland Football Netball League, Traralgon Tennis Association and Gippsland Roller Derby all hosting events to educate and raise awareness and acceptance. Local sporting clubs, associations and leagues are encouraged to join the movement pridecup.org.au
