In accordance with Section 114(2)(a) of the Local Government Act 2020, Latrobe City Council (Council) gives public notice of its intention to sell the land known as 59-91 Philip Parade, Churchill (Hazelwood House).
The title description of the land is as follows:

Council intends to sell the land by private treaty.
