Latrobe City residents may soon receive a phone call inviting them to participate in the annual Community Satisfaction Survey.
The survey, undertaken by National Field Services, aims to assess Council’s performance to help identify areas for improvement and more effective service delivery for residents.
Calls will take place from 30 January through to March. Details and individual responses will remain confidential.
Overall results for the survey will be released later in the year.
Mayor of Latrobe City, Councillor Kellie O’Callaghan encouraged community members to participate if they receive a call noting the views of the community matter.
“The Community Satisfaction Survey is a great opportunity for residents to provide their feedback in a confidential and secure way,” said the Mayor.
“Council is always seeking to improve the way we serve the community. This survey plays an important role in tracking community perspectives in relation to our services.
“We look forward to receiving the overall results to understand where Council is performing well and opportunities for us to improve our services and provide better value for our community.”
