Stallholder registrations are now open for the Latrobe City Children’s Expo 2024.
Latrobe City Council is seeking stallholders form across Latrobe City to register and feature at this year’s Children’s Expo on Thursday 24 October and celebrate National Children’s Week.
Stallholders who offer the below are encouraged to register:
- quality goods or services to suit families with young children
- provide fun and engaging entertainment options to suit a young audience.
Registering is easy and can be done online.
The Children's Expo 2024 will be hosted at Kernot Hall in Morwell on Thursday 24 October from 1pm to 6pm. Stallholders will have access to the venue from 9am for setup.
Stallholders are encouraged to provide an activity for families to participate in at their stall. This can provide an opportunity to speak with families about your service.
What does it cost for a stall?
All money raised from stallholder registrations go towards the cost of running the event. An early bird rate applies for private businesses but places are limited.
Details of all costs can be found through the registration link on EventBrite. Late fees apply from 5 October 2024.
Public Liability Insurance
All stallholders are required to have current public liability insurance on the day of the event. If you need to purchase insurance, you may consider buying a once-off 'Community Liability Pack Section B'.

Cancellations and refunds
If things change after you have purchased your stall and you can no longer attend, email ChildrensExpo@latrobe.vic.gov.au by Friday 5 October.
The cost of your stall (ticket price) will be refunded, minus a $10 administrative fee. No refund will be available for cancellation received after Friday 18 October.
