A Child Safe organisation puts the interests of the safety and wellbeing of children and young people first.
Since 2017 many Victorian volunteering, sporting and recreational clubs and organisations are required to meet the Child Safe Standards.
There are a number of organisations who provide free on-line tools, training and resources for organisations, community and sporting groups to support them to implement Child Safe practices and be compliant with Child Safe Standards.
