The Churchill Community Family Fishing & Fun Day is an event for the whole community to come to beautiful lake Hyland, Churchill on Saturday 10th December.

All Children must register on the day to participate and win prices

Cost is $2.50 per Child or $5 per family to enter

There will be a Jumping Castle for the Little Children, Face Painting, music as well as hot & Cold food and drinks.

There are lots of great prizes to be won by Children hooking the first fish or the biggest / smallest fish, there are lucky door prizes plus many many more.

This event is for all community groups to celebrate our favourite pastime and a great opportunity to take the family outdoors fishing. Fisheries Victoria & Fishcare Victoria will be in attendance on the day to talk about fishing, licencing and fishing environmental issues and hand out Fishing information.

Lake Hyland is regularly restocked by Fisheries Victoria with catchable sized rainbow trout. They are a good target for children and novice fishers as they are quite easy to catch so come along and have some fun!

No fishing licence is required.
