A Special Council Meeting will be held at the Latrobe Performing Arts Centre, Town Hall, Grey Street, Traralgon tomorrow, Thursday 26 March 2020, commencing at 5.30pm to consider the following item:

• Delegations required to preserve the effective running and decision making of the Council in emergency situations.
