The Yallourn Madrigal Singers is a mixed voice (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass) community choir.
The repertoire still includes madrigals and folk songs, but has expanded to include a broad range of music.
Rehearsals are every Thursday evening from 7:30pm to 10pm at St. James Church, Grey Street, Traralgon
The choir is not auditioned, although a voice assessment is made by the Music Directors to determine voice range, with a six-week probation period. Sight reading is a definite advantage, but not compulsory.
