- Entry is available on a casual or season ticket basis
- Appropriate identification is required to receive concession, student and family rates
- Children 4 years and under must be accompanied in the water at all times by a responsible adult 16 years or above
- Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied and actively supervised by a responsible adult aged 16 years or above
- 5 min pass outs are available at our venues
- All venues strictly no smoking and no alcohol
- All pools are staffed by qualified pool lifeguards
Please note that opening hours may be affected by: carnival/school bookings, storms/ lightning and insufficient light

How are the hours determined?

- Forecast temperature below 24.9°C all pools will not open
- Forecast temperature at or above 25°C all pools will open from 2pm to 7pm
- Forecast temperature at or above 30°C all pools will open from 12pm to 7pm
- Forecast Temperature of extreme heat of 36 or above, all pools will be open 10am to 7pm
- Normal operating hours may be shortened if the temperature drops below 25°C after 5pm and there is minimal patron demand
