Sporting Facilities

Latrobe City has numerous multi purpose sporting facilities and recreation reserves located in the municipality. These reserves are allocated to clubs and associations for various sporting pursuits from cricket to netball and hockey.

Latrobe City also regularly hosts an AFL pre-season game held at the Morwell Recreation Reserve, and some of the best young tennis players in the world when the Traralgon Tennis Centre hosts the Victorian U/18 championships, a warm up to the U/18 Australian open.
