C52 The amendment proposes to rezone the land from Farming Zone (FZ) to Industrial 1 Zone (IN1Z). The amendment also proposes to apply the Design and Development Overlay Schedule 3 (DDO3) and Development Plan Overlay Schedule 2 (DPO2) to this land.
This amendment has been prepared by the Latrobe City Council, (which is the planning authority for this amendment) and has been made at the request of the NBA Group, acting on behalf of Central Gippsland Development Group.
