Latrobe Planning Scheme - Amendment C52

C52 – The amendment proposes to rezone the land from Farming Zone (FZ) to Industrial 1 Zone (IN1Z). The amendment also proposes to apply the Design and Development Overlay Schedule 3 (DDO3) and Development Plan Overlay Schedule 2 (DPO2) to this land.

This amendment has been prepared by the Latrobe City Council, (which is the planning authority for this amendment) and has been made at the request of the NBA Group, acting on behalf of Central Gippsland Development Group.

The land affected by the amendment at:

• Lot 2 on Plan of Subdivision PS412581E (Vol.10394, Folio 422)
• Part of Lot 1 on Title Plan TP173536 (Vol. 09354, Folio 596)
  

The amendment proposes to:
