Latrobe Planning Scheme - Amendment C62

C62 - The amendment comprises a new Local Planning Policy Framework (LPPF) and Municipal Strategic Statement (MSS) which includes new structure plans for Churchill, Moe/Newborough, Morwell and Traralgon.

This amendment has been prepared by the Latrobe City Council, (which is the planning authority for this amendment) and includes recommendations of Council's recently completed four year Planning Scheme Review, including a number of strategic planning projects undertaken and adopted by Council as well as state government initiatives.

The amendment applies to the whole municipality.

The amendment proposes to implement the recommendations of Council's recently completed four year Planning Scheme Review, including a number of strategic planning projects undertaken and adopted by Council as well as state government initiatives, which have informed the proposed changes to the Latrobe Planning Scheme. The amendment comprises a new LPPF and Municipal Strategic Statement (MSS) which includes new structure plans for Churchill, Moe/Newborough, Morwell and Traralgon.
