Planning Register Report

Under the Planning and Environment Act 1987 Section 49(1), we are required to provide a register of all applications, decisions and determinations relating to planning permits.   Details of all planning applications are collated monthly and loaded onto this site in month order. This data is presented in a predetermined format, commencing May 2007 to current.

Legal Obligations

We were guided by the Information Privacy Act 2000, the Planning & Environment Act 1987, and the Subdivision Act 1988, in creating the tools on this page. As a user of these tools you may be affected by the Commonwealth Privacy Act or the Victorian Information Privacy Act in relation to your collection and handling of information.
